About the Author

Mohamed Ghounem is a Muslim raised in America.  He is most famously known for his efforts to convert Jews to Islam through the organization he founded "Jews for Allah".

Ghounem's work has been noted in the New York Times, Details Men's Magazine, and featured in Beliefnet, Islamonline, Ummah news, and Religion news among others. In addition, a Switzerland theology professor has added Ghounem's work as a part of the Switzerland University's course curriculum.

After graduating college in the US, Ghounem traveled to Egypt to study Islam at Al Azhar University, the oldest Islamic university in the world.

Upon returning from Al Azhar, Ghounem encountered many anti-Islamic websites online which prompted him to debate and counter the misconceptions of the anti-Muslims.

Ghounem then wrote his first book "Who is Our Savior? Allah or Jesus" which spurred the anti-Muslims to create an attempt to refute the book along with their attempts to refute other top dawah (Muslim missionary) scholars:

Ghounem, listed along side these elite scholars, considers it a compliment that the anti-Muslims saw it necessary to attempt to refute his first book.

It was after writing his first book, that Ghounem founded “Jews for Allah” which is now a worldwide known organization: http://www.jewsforallah.com/

Ghounem has accomplished these tasks while also being the webmaster and writer for http://www.convertstoislam.org/  , http://www.islamicdownloads.com/ ,  and http://www.jesus-or-allah.com/

Ghounem has spent over half a dozen years inviting non-Muslims to Islam, including Hindus, Buddhists, Christians, and Jews. Ghounem's literature is linked to almost a thousand other Islamic sites and Masjids.

His newest work is the book titled 200+ Ways the Quran corrects the Bible, How Islam Unites Judaism and Christianity which brings a new level of comparative religion to the world. The book is a compilation of his years of researching and debating Christian and Jewish scholars.  Ghounem states that this book brings to light the miracles of the Quran to the Jews and Christians and gives them over 200 reasons to believe in the Quran.

Ghounem aspires to win a Pulitzer and or Nobel peace prize, but most of all, to spread the truth of Islam and serve Allah.
